Başkent University, Faculty of Commercial Sciences, Management Information Systems Society extended a helping hand to the earthquake victims after the earthquake disaster in İzmir. They started the powerbank aid project that aimed to deliver aid to especially young people and students affected by the Izmir earthquake.
The consultant of the Management Information Systems Society, Prof. Dr. Ali Halıcı stated with regard to the aid; “We would like to sincerely thank our students and faculty members for the support and contribution given to us in our earthquake relief project, whose goal was providing of 100 powerbanks to especially our young friends affected by the Izmir earthquake. Due to the removal of tent cities during the call for help, the need for powerbanks has ended so 5 washing machines have been presented to earthquake victim families.
