Today, the majority of companies benefit from Assessment Center applications in their recruitment and promotion processes. Assessment Center consists of simulations in which situations that an employee may encounter in daily life or in moments that can be called crisis are fictionalized and candidates are assigned roles and responsibilities within these constructs. The most common of these simulations are “Role Play, Case Study/Presentation, Pending Jobs and Group work”. In addition, various tests are also given to candidates.
Assessment Center, which is generally used for managers and higher positions in the promotion processes, can also be applied to candidates in all positions during the recruitment processes.
