Objective of the Program
Examining the processes of procurement and acquiring skills to approach the subject of what the real gain is.
Content of the program:
The planned course content of the program is as follows:
Preliminary work in procurement (determining the planning of the products to be purchased, identify the resource requirements and the logistics strategy).
Doing research on procurement (determining the market research method before purchasing and identifying the companies for which the offers will be received)
Doing evaluation on procurement (collecting and evaluating offers before purchasing, making decisions through negotiations)
Doing contract negotiations in the procurement (Matters to be considered in the contract negotiation and the conclusion of the contract)
Making and implementing the logistics planning (In this training, information will be given in general terms and its details are the subject of another training.)
