The Objective of the Program:
To learn the process and to provide training on energy control made with special lock, warning and information card that prevents the power of a machine, equipment, installation or system that has been disconnected by using energy cut-off devices, and that prevents the power to be turned on in an unwanted time or situation, and the connection apparatus made of different shapes, sizes and materials.

- knows the physical risk factors and control methods that may be encountered at work sites.
- knows dangerous energy sources that require isolation on a machine.
- knows the application of the Lock out and Tag out (LOTO) system in the field and the establishment of the system.
- can determine the Lock out and Tag out
- knows the procedures to be done in situations like different groups working together, machines fed from more than one energy source, change of shifts, etc..
- can provide Lock out and Tag out training within the scope of the Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331.
- recognizes and uses locking devices against electrical risk.
- recognizes and uses valve locking tools.
- recognizes and uses wired locking tools.
- recognizes and uses locking devices for pneumatic energy sources.
