The Objective of the Program:
According to the Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331, the Regulation on Emergency Situations in the Workplaces and the Regulation on the Protection of Buildings from Fire, the aim is to train instructors who are qualified to provide the basic fire training required for the employees working in the workplaces.
Content:
The trainer….
- can extinguish incipient fires.
- learns the types of combustion. (Slow, fast, self, flash-burst)
- can distinguish the types of fires according to their qualities. (Types A-B-C-D-E-F)
- knows the methods of extinguishing. (Cooling, choking, dispersing)
- knows the appropriate extinguishing agents according to the type of fire.
- knows the tools and materials required for fire extinguishing.
- uses fire cabinets and fire hoses.
