Problem solving, obstacles to problem solving, problem solving process, problem solving techniques (5w 1h, 8d, tree diagram, PARETO analysis, DAADI analysis, the thinking technique with six hats, gordon technique…), conflict management, conflict types, stages, causes. Emotion management in organizations, stress management, the relationship of concepts of general management and culture, teamwork decision making and planning, executive leadership, meeting and time management
