The objective of the Program:
Hygiene, which is a science that teaches healthy living conditions, aims to protect and improve human health both individually and socially. With the hygiene training in the workplaces, it is aimed to ensure that the life of the employees continues at an efficient and healthy level for a long time.
Hygiene education is carried out by making programs for employees in food production and retail businesses, workplaces producing regular water and natural mineral water for human consumption and workplaces where cleaning services involving contact with the human body are provided.
In the “HYGIENE EDUCATION REGULATION” numbered 28698 and dated 5 July 2013, the business lines that should take training are as follows.
- Food production and retail businesses.
- Establishments involved in producing mineral water or bottled natural water intended for human consumptio .
- Hot springs, Turkish bath, sauna, barber shop, hairdresser’s, tattoo and piercing places, massage and beauty salons and similar places.
- Places such as hotels, motels, hostels and guesthouses.
- Other business lines deemed appropriate to provide hygiene training by the commission established under the General Directorate of Lifelong Learning of Ministry of National Education.
Persons who do not have a hygiene training certificate cannot be employed in these workplaces.
