2022 Gendarmerie and Coast Guard Staff (GCGS) promotion and automation and information systems branch exams were successfully held by Başkent University on October 22, 2022 with the participation of 42,290 candidates in 7 provinces.
In the exam held in 93 buildings and 2099 halls in Ankara, Şırnak, Diyarbakır, İzmir, Van, Erzurum and Hakkari, 7 provincial representatives, 16 deputy provincial representatives, 4198 hall presidents and supervisors and approximately 1000 support personnel took part. Exam security was provided by provincial gendarmerie commands and provincial police directorates.
Within the borders of our university campus, approximately 7,500 candidates participated in the Exam and approximately 10,000 people including the guests of the participants were served.
